Mokoia School does not share any user-submitted data with any third-parties, except where we are required to by law.

Anonymised tracking information is shared with Google Analytics to assist Mokoia school in tracking how many visitors the website receives.

How long we retain your data

If you send an email using the contact form, or any of the email links on this site, then your When you use our contact form, your email address, name, and message content will be sent to the Mokoia School administrator. Data is kept in line with school policy – please enquire for details.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
